We take pride in being the first private commercial bank in Nepal to serve all 77 districts. Our nationwide footprint includes 352 fully operational branch offices where customers can access full banking services, along with 384 ATM locations that provide round-the-clock convenience.

In addition to traditional branches, we have expanded access through 155 branchless banking units. These units allow us to reach communities where establishing a full-service branch may not yet be viable. Our infrastructure is further enhanced by 68 extension and revenue collection counters, which help streamline government payments and local transactions. For our overseas customers, we’ve established three international representative offices that serve as vital bridges for Nepalese communities abroad.
