Through the newly launched Global Digital Universe platform, account holders can now update their Know Your Customer (KYC) details entirely online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is how you can utilize this service to keep your account information up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Updating your KYC Online<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To update your KYC open Global Digital Universe &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/digitaluniverse.gibl.com.np\/\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/digitaluniverse.gibl.com.np\/ <\/a>and select the \u201cKYC Update\u201d option to start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon entering the portal, you will be required to validate your identity. Please ensure you have the following details ready:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your valid Account Number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your registered Mobile Number and Email Address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After entering these details, complete the security check (reCAPTCHA) and click \u201cSubmit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Security is a priority for online updates. You will be asked to select a destination to receive a One-Time Password (OTP). You may choose either mobile or email verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that your email must already be validated by the bank to proceed. If your email or number is not currently linked or verified, you can update your email or mobile number by visiting the <strong>\u201cEmail and Mobile Update\u201d<\/strong> section on the Digital Universe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you receive your 6-digit OTP, enter it into the validation field and click \u201cSubmit\u201d to access your records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uploading documents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may also need to upload image of your PAN and National ID if you are updating these details. You can upload these documents in PDF format or as .jpg format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reviewing and Updating Your Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After successful verification, the system will display your current KYC form, highlighting any missing information first. You will then have two choices based on the status of your data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. If no changes are needed: Simply click \u201cReview Your KYC\u201d to see a summary of your details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. If changes are required: Click \u201cUpdate and Complete KYC.\u201d This will redirect you to the Personal Information page where you can edit your details as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Final Submission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be guided to a final review page. Please ensure all details are accurate, then click the \u201cSubmit &amp; Finish\u201d button to complete the process.
