3. Must use hashtag #GIBLDashain2081 in the caption for general public and #GIBLStaffDashain2081 for staff.
4. Must set the audience to “Everyone". 
5. Participants with the highest likes on the video using the original sound and hashtag as mentioned above will be declared as winners.
