Global IME Bank brings you the UPI Cross-Border Fund Transfer service, enabling eligible customers to send money from Nepal to India and receive money from India to Nepal directly through the Global Smart+ Mobile Banking App.

One-Time Activation UPI ID Generation Process
Before using the service, customers must complete the following steps:
- Log in to Global Smart+.
- Navigate to Profile.
- Select Transactions.
- Enable Cross-Border Fund Transfer.
- Provide the required consent.
- Generate your unique UPI ID.
- Start sending and receiving funds instantly.
Send Money from Nepal to India
Eligible Indian citizens maintaining an active Global IME Bank account can transfer funds to participating Indian banks.
Transfer Process
- Log in to Global Smart+.
- Navigate to Fund Transfer.
- Select Cross-Border Fund Transfer.
- Enter the beneficiary’s UPI ID and name.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Authenticate the transaction using your PIN or OTP.
- Receive instant transaction confirmation.

Service Charge: NPR 240 per successful transaction.
Receive Money from India to Nepal
Any user of a participating UPI application in India can transfer funds to a UPI ID generated through the Global Smart+ application.
Both eligible Nepali and Indian citizens holding active Global IME Bank accounts can receive funds after completing the one-time activation process.
